Turf booking software

Turf booking software that ends the WhatsApp back-and-forth

For football turfs, box cricket grounds, badminton and pickleball halls, and multi-sport arenas in India.

VenueOS is turf booking software that gives your venue its own booking page. Players see only the slots that are actually free, pay by UPI, card or net banking, and the slot is confirmed the moment payment goes through. You pay a flat monthly fee and VenueOS takes no commission on bookings.

What does turf booking software do?

It replaces the booking register and the WhatsApp group. Every court’s calendar lives in one place, players book themselves from a link, and the front desk sees the same calendar the players see.

Because a slot is only shown while it is free, and a player has to pay to hold it, two teams can no longer turn up for the same court.

How do players book a turf with VenueOS?

You share one link: in your WhatsApp groups, in your Instagram bio, or as a QR code at the front desk. Players open it in any phone browser, pick a sport, a date and the hours they want, and pay to confirm. There is no app to download.

  • Only genuinely free slots are shown
  • Payment by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay
  • The booking appears on your calendar as soon as it is paid
  • You get a notification for every paid booking

Can I charge different prices for peak hours and weekends?

Yes. Each court has its own standard hourly rate, and you can add peak, off-peak and weekend prices on top. Players always see the price for the exact hours they pick.

Does it handle regular teams and memberships?

Yes. A team that plays every Tuesday at 8 pm, or a corporate group with a monthly slot, can be booked as one recurring series instead of fifty separate bookings. Those slots are then held on the calendar so nobody else can book them.

What does the owner see?

A phone view built for owners and managers shows today’s bookings, today’s collection and what is still due. Run more than one turf? Switch between venues from the same login.

Does VenueOS take a commission on turf bookings?

No. You pay a flat monthly or annual fee per venue. Players’ payments go to your own Razorpay account at Razorpay’s standard gateway rate, and VenueOS adds nothing on top.

More questions

Will the booking page carry my venue’s name and logo?
Yes. The booking page shows your venue’s name and logo, so players book with you, not with a marketplace.
Can my front desk still take walk-in and phone bookings?
Yes. Staff add bookings from the day calendar, and those slots disappear from the online page straight away.
How long does setup take?
We set up your courts, timings and prices with you, and the 14-day free trial runs on your real schedule.
