What does sports academy management software do?
It replaces the fee register, the attendance notebook and the spreadsheet of who has paid. Enrolment, batches, attendance, fees and progress live in one system that the owner, coordinator and coaches each see from their own login.
How do parents enrol their child online?
You share your academy’s enrolment link. Parents fill in the form on their phone, choose a sport and batch, and pay the registration fee online. The new student appears in your list without anyone re-typing the details.
How does fee collection work?
Every student’s fee status sits in one list, with an outstanding-dues view for whoever chases payments. You send the parent a pay link, they pay by UPI, card or net banking, and the fee is marked paid against that student as soon as it goes through.

Can coaches mark attendance on their phone?
Yes. Coaches see only their own batches, mark attendance on their phone, and record training plans and progress. They do not see your finances. Parents get progress cards instead of having to ask the coach.
Can summer camps be run separately from year-round batches?
Yes. Camps are kept apart from regular batches, so short-term students and their fees don’t clutter your year-round academy lists.
Do academy sessions clash with court bookings?
No. Academy sessions are blocked on the same court calendar the booking page uses, so a court that is taken by a batch is never offered to players.
